Heat transfer printing process Introduction
1.Prior treatment
Proceed with de-fouling, degreasing, de-scaling and rust-proofing for the purpose of rust deterring Through the procession of oil paper applied onto the blanks。

2.Baking
After drying the water from rinsing the blanks , apply powder coating。

3.Sealer painting (powder coating)
Coat the required color onto the blanks, cure them by baking oven and cool them for a little while waiting for the subsequent transfer printing。

4.Slitter
 Place the transfer printing film of constant sizes into the slitter; slitter them into the required sizes。

5.Sealing machine
 Place the slit film on the sealing machine for sealing. This will avoid the blisters which produce uneven grain。

6.Transfer printing oven
 Put the work pieces that have gone through bake painting onto the frame of transfer printing oven; slip on the transferring films; get ready to extract the internal air. After emptying the air, check to make sure if all grains are even. If positive, feed them into the oven and baking them by high temperature for a certain time span, making film fully attached to the work pieces. Take them out of the oven, slip off the film and cool them to get the finished products.。
